Fractional means you get senior revenue leadership without a full-time hire. But it's worth being clear about what that leadership looks like: I work behind the scenes on the infrastructure of your revenue org—the systems, processes, and people that make selling work—rather than stepping in as another rep to carry a quota. I build the engine; I'm not another person in the seat. Engagements currently run anywhere from one to three days a week.
And if you're a founder or exec who just needs a sounding board, I also advise on a lighter touch—a few hours a month to think through the hard calls.

Speed and fit. A full-time hire takes months to source, costs a full comp package, and is a heavy commitment before you know whether the role is even scoped correctly. I step in quickly, work at a senior level from day one, and give you the leadership your team needs now—while you figure out what the permanent structure should be. For a lot of companies, fractional is the right answer well past the point they'd assumed they needed someone full-time.

B2B companies that are growing and feeling the strain on their revenue operations—usually somewhere between "the founder can't run sales alone anymore" and "we're ready for a full executive bench." If your pipeline, systems, or team have outgrown the way you're running them—and you need someone to fix the underlying operation, not just add another seller—that's the moment I'm most useful.

The whole operation, not just the mechanics. On the systems side, that's the go-to-market strategy, processes, and tooling that keep revenue predictable. On the people side, it's the part that's just as often broken: coaching your existing leaders and reps, helping you hire and interview the right people, designing how the team is structured, and building comp and performance frameworks that actually drive the behavior you want. A revenue org runs on both, and I work across both.

Arco is a musical term—the instruction to play with the bow, drawing out a full, sustained tone. It comes from my years as a cellist. Its opposite, pizzicato, is plucked: short, detached notes. Without strong leadership in the seat, a revenue org tends to play pizzicato—every function sounding its own clipped part, none of it connecting. Arco is the opposite: the parts drawn into one resonant line. That's the practice.
The details in the logo carry it through. The four bars are a nod to the four strings of a cello. And the A is shaped as a crescendo—the mark that tells a musician to build, growing steadily louder—which is exactly what the work is meant to do: growth that builds over time. Different instruments, one score, brought in at the right moment. Growth, orchestrated.

Fast and direct. I make decisions in real time, I don't hedge, and I won't slow you down with process for its own sake. When something's broken, I want to get into the mess and fix it—not write a deck about it. You'll get someone who tells you what she actually thinks, moves quickly, and holds your revenue org to the same standard she'd hold her own. If you like clear answers and forward motion, we'll get along well.
